Derek Goyette, President and founder of Goliath Engineering, brings years of expertise in structural and mechanical engineering. With a proven track record in ASME-compliant boiler systems, pressure vessels, and piping, as well as structural steel designs meeting industry codes, he combines technical precision with field-tested experience. His proficiency in 3D scanning, CAD modeling, CFD, and FEA drives innovative solutions for utility steam generators, air pollution abatement, and pulp and paper systems. Under his leadership, Goliath Engineering delivers tailored, high-impact solutions to meet the complex needs of industrial clients.

He also brings leadership and organizational skills from his background as an Army Officer with the Canadian Armed Forces.

David Godmere, Senior Electrical Constructibility Coordinator and Electrician, brings over 35 years of expertise in industrial electrical systems and automation. A licensed Electrician, he delivered electrical automation and robotics solutions at Technical Control Services (TCS) from 1990 to 2000, managing projects and critical plant shut-downs for clients like PPG, E.B. Eddy, and Domtar. His proficiency includes integrating Allen-Bradley, ABB, Mitsubishi, and Omron PLC, HMI, Servo, and Drives.
